Pastor Dawn Lipsey is a credentialed minister in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) serving alongside her hero and husband, Edwin, since 1992. Together they have planted three churches in Texas and currently serve as lead pastors of the South Cleveland Church of God in Cleveland, TN. Dawn holds a business degree from the University of Texas in Arlington and serves as church administrator and on various boards (to include the COG Chaplains Commission), and leadership roles with both male and female ministers in the Church of God. In 2022, she was elected as the first chairwoman of the TN State Ministries Board. She has helped create and launch connect groups for both credentialed women in ministry as well as pastors’ wives across the state of Tennessee and beyond. Dawn was created by God to be a Hope speaker and fulfills this life purpose by sharing the Word of God as a writer, speaker, teacher, and anything in between so others may experience God’s plan of freedom and abundant life. She enjoys a full life with her husband and their children, Payton, Easton, Ethan, and son-in-love, Zech, along with their super chill dog, Mr. Higgins.
